Refund Eligibility

• Digital Products: Refunds may be issued for digital products within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the product has not been substantially consumed or downloaded.
• Medical Products: Refunds may be issued for certain products within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Products

Some products may not be eligible for refunds. These include:

• Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable."

• Perishable goods.
